This community is dedicated to everything Nosferatu. 🦇
It came to life in the wake of Robert Egger’s 2024 movie Nosferatu, and while this great piece of cinematography is indeed the seedling we’re welcoming discussion and workings on other manifestations of the Dracula narrative here. In fact we’re encouraging this!
the_scent_of_lilacs is a community for:
- sharing your fanworks (fics, fanart, icons, poems, videos, gifs, wallpapers etc.)
- sharing recs, meta, questions
- kicking off discussions and comment memes
- anything related to undead counts, their more or less fair maidens and their manifold relationships with each other and other people
Rules & guidelines:
- Please don't hardcode colours or font sizes in your entries.
- Please fill the subject line and use headers & warnings (if applicable) when posting.
- Please put the following under a cut tag: huge/multiple images, nsfw content, posts longer than 200 words, spoilers, fanfic longer than a drabble.
- We recommend the following header for fic to place before the cut:

- Please be civil to each other! No wank, no kink-shaming, no assholery in gereral. If you think that's your thing then this is NOT your comm.
